The main causes of not being able to login includes:
- An account was never registered
- Account was registered but not completed, pending password confirmation
- Account was registered with a forgotten password
- Account was registered with a different email address
An account was never registered
The most common cause of not being able to login is that you may have never signed up for an account. By default, customers are able to checkout and pay for a service without an account. As a result, most one-time purchases are made without an account.
Accounts primarily allow customers to:
- View and manage their monthly subscription, including upgrading, downgrading, cancelling their plan(s). Customers can also update billing information.
- View and manage one-time orders (non-subscription)
- View and update billing information
- View order fulfillment status
However, because we email customers their order status along with fulfillment deliverables (such as tracking links or reports), most customers do not need an account unless they have a monthly subscription with us. Having an account allows customers to easily manage their subscription. Alternatively customers can email our support team who will be able to modify subscriptions as well.
Steps to register for an account:
1. Visit: https://winterplaystudios.com/account/login
2. Click on "Create Account"
3. Fill out the form and click on "Create"
Please note: It's important to use the same email you've used to order with us. This will link your order with the newly created account.
If you have not placed an order, please use an email you'd like us to send your order status, confirmation, receipt and delivery to.
4. Once you've clicked on "Create", we will email you a confirmation link. Follow the link to finish setting up your account.

Account was registered but not completed, pending password confirmation
Another common cause of not being able to login is that you may have registered but still need to confirm your registration. In this case, please follow the email link that was sent to you.
If you're unable to find the initial registration email, you can also email our support team and they will be able to resend you the registration confirmation email.
Account was registered with a forgotten password
If you've forgotten your password. You can click on the "Forgot your password?" link on this page and follow the instructions: https://winterplaystudios.com/account/login
This requires your email. If you've also forgotten your email address, you may email our support team with your Order ID and we will be able to retrieve your email for you.
Account was registered with a different email address
Customers occasionally use separate emails for the order placement, and account registration. When this happens, your account and order will not be linked. We recommend reaching out to our support team and ask for your account and orders to be merged.
