Order Delivery Timelines
Depending on the service you've ordered, delivery time varies. Our fulfillment team typically begin working on an order within 24 hours of receiving your order. Delivery times are listed below for the most commonly purchased products.
All delivery dates are counted from the date of order placement.
- Traffic Services (any plan): 4 - 5 calendar days
- Essential Backlink Plans: 15 - 20 days calendar days
- Premium Backlink Plans: 15 - 20 days calendar days
- Contextual Backlinks (any tier): 5 - 7 calendar days
- Guest Blog Posts: 5 - 7 calendar days
- Social Media (any service): 1 - 3 calendar days
- Google Reviews: 1- 2 Reviews are added per week.
- Office Mockup: 5 - 10 calendar days
- Logo design: initial draft, 7 calendar days. Additional revision turnaround time varies.
You will receive a notification email from our fulfillment team as soon as your order has been fulfilled. For example, if you ordered a traffic service, we will email you by day 5 that your order has been processed along with your tracking link.

Can I change the URL or keyword for my traffic order?
You can make one update per campaign per month. This means if you have a monthly order, you can make one modification each month. To modify your campaign details, please send us an email with the new URL or keyword you'd like to use to our support team and they will be able to make the changes for you.

Can I update my billing information or view my orders?

Please note, by default, creating an account is optional. If you have not created an account when you initially placed the order, you may need to create one in order to view and update your order information. Please ensure the email you use to create your account is the same one as the one used when the initial order was placed.
How do I pause, cancel, update/downgrade or restart a monthly subscription?

Do you provide refunds if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
