When will my order be delivered?

Depending on the service you've ordered, delivery time varies. Our fulfillment team typically begin working on an order within 24 hours of receiving your order. Delivery times are listed below for the most commonly purchased products.

All delivery dates are counted from the date of order placement.

  • Traffic Services (any tier): 3 - 4 calendar days
  • Small/Medium/Large Backlink Plans: 15 - 25 days (selected by customer)
  • Contextual Backlinks (any tier): 5 - 7 calendar days
  • Guest Blog Posts: 5 - 7 calendar days
  • Instagram Followers: 3 - 4 calendar days
  • Google Reviews: 6 - 10 calendar days
  • Office Mockup: 5 - 10 calendar days
  • Logo design: initial draft, 7 calendar days. Additional revision turnaround time varies.

You will receive a notification email from our fulfillment team as soon as your order has been processed. For example, if you ordered a traffic service, we will email you by day 4 that your order has been processed and you can expect to see traffic to your website within 24 hours.

 

Can I change the URL or keyword for my traffic order?

You can make one update per campaign per month. This means if you have a monthly order, you can make one modification each month. To modify your campaign details, please send us an email with the new URL or keyword you'd like to use to our support team and they will be able to make the changes for you.

Can I update my billing information or view my orders?

You can update your billing information, as well as view your past and current orders from by logging in: https://winterplaystudios.com/account/login

Please note, by default, creating an account is optional. If you have not created an account when you initially placed the order, you may need to create one in order to view and update your order information. Please ensure the email you use to create your account is the same one as the one used when the initial order was placed.

 

How do I pause, cancel, update/downgrade or restart a monthly subscription?

Do you provide refunds if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
