If, for any reason, we fail to deliver the service you purchased, you are eligible for a full refund.

Once the service has been delivered, our refund policy is as follows:

• Traffic Services: If you wish to cancel your campaign, we offer a prorated refund for the remaining part of your campaign, minus a $20 initial campaign setup fee.
• Backlink Services: Due to the nature of backlink services, we are unable to offer refunds once the service has been delivered.
• Social Media Services: Once our social media services are delivered, they are non-refundable.
• Content Writing Services: Our content writing services are non-refundable, but we include up to 2 revisions to ensure you're happy with the final product.
